1. Who we are

Tempra Labs ("Tempra", "we", "us") is developing an AI-powered data cleaning platform. This policy explains what data we collect when you interact with our website and chat assistant, and how we use it.

2. What we collect

    Conversation content. Messages you send to our AI assistant are stored to enable continuity within your session and to help us understand your use case so we can tailor Tempra to your needs.

    Email address. Only if you voluntarily provide it during the conversation, we store it to send you early-access updates and product news.

    Session identifier. A random, anonymous ID is generated per browser session to link your messages together. It contains no personal information.

3. How we use your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or any commercial purpose.

4. Data storage

Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the EU (Ireland region). Access is restricted to the Tempra engineering team. All connections are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

5. Retention

Conversation data is retained for up to 12 months after your last interaction. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, reach out to us via the chat on this site and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only storage used is a session identifier held in browser memory for the duration of your visit.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Tempra evolves. We will update the "last updated" date above and, if you have provided your email, notify you of material changes.
